Sometimes you won't realise the effect scars can have on you even years after an injury or surgery until they are treated, the technique I use is extremely gentle and effective.
I have found that combined with Bowen therapy this can be very effective with scars from Mastectomy surgery to ease discomfort and increase movement.
Some scars can feel tender or numb, MSTR encourages better cirulation and nerve function.
